Re-opening Guidelines


General Gym Information


Scheduling Classes

We HIGHLY recommend pre-booking your classes ahead of time. You can pre-book classes up to 2 weeks ahead of time. If you cannot attend your pre-booked class, you must cancel at least 2 hours before your class time.

Cancelation Policy

If you do not cancel your booking a minimum of 2 hours before your class time OR do not attend the class you are pre-booked for, you will be charged a $10 late cancelation/no show fee. We have this policy and fee in place in fairness to other members that could have taken your spot.


Wait List

You can add yourself to the wait list is the class you wish to book is full. There are 5 spots on the wait list. If the wait list button/option is not there, it means there is already 5 people on the wait list but please check back later because people will drop the class closer to the class date. If you are put into the class from the wait list, you are responsible for checking the Mind Body app to see if you made it into the class and canceling with a 2 hour’s notice if you can not attend.

Membership Options

Unlimited Group Training- Personalized training in a group setting giving you access to unlimited classes per month with the choice of any class time. Your Month to Month Contract will be on auto-renewal so payment is automatically taken out each month but you will not be locked into a Long-term Contract, Enrollment Fee nor hidden fees. You can cancel your contract at any time 3 days prior to your next billing cycle.

Unlimited Online Training- Access to the same workouts our Group Training members are doing on a daily basis. 6 workouts per week complete with workout description, video demonstration and downloadable timer to hold you accountable. Your Month to Month Online Contract will be on auto-renewal so payment is automatically taken out each month, but you will not be locked into a Long-term Contract, Enrollment Fee nor hidden fees. You can cancel your contract at any time 3 days prior to your next billing cycle. Please visit www.limitlessfitnessMD.com/online for more information.

If you do not feel comfortable returning to the gym at this time, you can remain in the Online Program, but you must choose one option or the other. Please notify us if you will be staying Online so we can transfer you to our Online Platform until you are ready to return to the gym.

Drop-Ins

$15 for Non-members. $10 for Online members.

Parking

Both of our neighbors are health care providers so please park in front of the Limitless entrance, the side parking lot or on the street.

We have $1 cold water bottles and more apparel for purchase on the way.


COVID RE-OPENING GUIDELINES

We have done our best to adjust our business model to comply with CDC and Maryland Government recommendations while to prioritizing you, your schedule and your workout experience here at Limitless Fitness.

Arriving to Class

Every class is a 45-minute session so we will be utilizing that 15-minute break in between classes to clean, disinfect and prepare for the next class. If you arrive early to your class time, please wait in your car if you are more than 5 minutes early to allow us to finish our cleaning and to comply with social distancing. Ex: If your class starts at 7:30am, please make your way into Limitless no earlier than 7:25am. A trainer will be waiting for you at the door for further directions.

Masks

Maryland recommends wearing masks as you enter and exit the building. We will be following these guidelines, asking members to wear a mask from their car until they are inside the building as well as wearing their mask as they exit. It is “encouraged to wear face coverings during exercise if able to do so safely”. We feel and know that wearing a mask is not safe or practical for our intense style of training, so we are not requiring members to wear masks during the workout itself. You can take your mask off when you enter the building because we are requiring you to go directly to your 6 feet social distanced station and "X" upon arrival.

Waiver

Please sign the Limitless Fitness COVID Liability Wavier BEFORE arriving to your first class. This goes for current members and new members. You cannot participate in class until the COVID waiver is digitally signed through the Mind Body app. You can access the waiver on your phone through the Mind Body app. We will provide with a direct link to the waiver when class registration is opened (by the end of this week).

Social Distancing

To comply with social distancing, we ask that you remain 6 feet apart from other members at all times. This includes before class starts while you are waiting at your station and after class ends while you are collecting your belongings. Please do not congregate in the parking lot after class and free up your parking space as soon as possible.

Station/ Gym Layout

To comply with social distancing during the workouts, we have provided an "X" for each members at each station all 6 feet apart. Every day and every workout is different so we will provide you with further instruction on the layout and how to rotate stations depending on the day and template.

Weight and Station Assignments

One of the benefits of Limitless’ personalized Group Training is that we assign you the weight you will be using each day. You will never have to guess what weight is challenging enough for you but still appropriate for the workout of the day. When you enter Limitless, a trainer will be waiting for you at the door. We will provide you with your Dumbbell weight, Kettlebell weight and what station you will start at. Please place your personal belongs and mask in a cubby then make your way to your starting station immediately.

Warm Up

We are still providing a formal warm up that will be written on the board for you to go through on your own when you arrive to your marked station.

Personal Belongings

Please limit the items you bring into the gym. Leave bags and purses in your car if possible. Keys, water bottle, masks and cell phones can be kept in cubbies.

Towels

To further limit contamination, bringing your own towel to class will be required (beach towel or bath towel). There will be stations/exercises where we provide mats, so we ask you to cover the mat while you are at that station and move your towel before you rotate to the next station.

Sanitizing Before/Wipe Down After

We will provide multiple sanitizing stations and wipes as usual. Please sanitize your hands as you walk into the gym and do a thorough wipe down of the equipment you used after class with the wipes provided.

Exiting the building

After wiping down your station and equipment, please collect your personal belongs, put your mask back on and exit the building in a timely manner. We ask that you leave immediately after your 45-minute session so we can utilize the 15-minute break to avoid crossing over with members in the next class and allowing for ample amount of time for cleaning and disinfecting in between classes.

Stay home

Please stay home if you show any signs or symptoms of ANY sickness, not just COVID symptoms. Stay home, get some rest and let us know if you need anything.

Scheduling Classes

Maryland recommends gyms to schedule by “appointment only” so please book your class the day before at the latest.

Vulnerable/at risk clients or family members

For clients with at-risk/vulnerable family members or if you are not comfortable returning to the gym at this time, please reach out to us and we will transfer you over to our Online Platform until you are ready to return to the gym.


Even if you find the added precautions unnecessary, we ask that you please respect our guidelines especially masks and no close contact with other clients. We want to remain open and continue to get stronger every day with you all so please respect our wishes as we have created these guidelines incompliance with the government’s recommendations.


Even though we have make a few changes, we are going to make that most out of this new “normal”. Our effective workouts, positive enviroment and supportive community will NEVER change at Limitless Fitness. DEFY ODDS, DEFY EXCUSES, DEFY LIMITS!

RECAP

What to bring to class on a daily basis:

*Have the waiver signed before arriving to your first class (current and new members) *

- A mask (for the entering and exiting of the building)

- A towel (to lay on top of provided mats)

- A positive attitude (to continue to build the best version of you)

As you arrive to your booked class:

1. If early, wait in your car until 5 minutes before class starts

2. Wear a mask as you enter the building

3. Check in with a trainer/get weight and station assignment

4. Take your mask off and place it with personal belongings in a cubby

5. Go directly to your assigned station, staying 6 feet apart from other members even prior to class starting

6. Start your warmup at your designated X before class starts

7. Carry your towel with you or drop it behind the station with mats

8. CRUSH YOUR WORKOUT

9. After class, thoroughly wipe down station and weights used. Please leave immediately and do not linger around the gym after wipe down so we can clean and prepare for the next class and follow the 50% max capacity rule

10. Put your mask back on, collect your personal belongs and walk out the door stronger than you came in!
